About Us
Vishnu Ayurveda College was established in 2002 and is located in Kulappully, Palakkad District, just 4km from the Shoranur railway station. The college was made a reality by the great visionary Dr. P. Ramachandran Nair, a renowned Ayurveda practitioner and researcher. With a futuristic vision, he works tirelessly to maintain the highest standards of quality within the organization.
The college is recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (under the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India) and is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Thrissur. Today, Vishnu Ayurveda College is considered one of the premier Ayurveda institutions in India. All medicines are prepared in the college’s own GMP-certified manufacturing unit, which has been operational since 1991.
Rated as one of the best Ayurveda colleges affiliated with KUHS, the institution provides superior infrastructure and facilities. With qualified, experienced, and dedicated faculty, the full-fledged hospital provides students with ample clinical practice across all departments. OUR SERVICES
VISHNU AYURVEDA COLLEGE
This course is envisaged by the NCISM and is implementing an all India syllabus and curriculum. The course is designed to generate efficient Ayurveda physicians, surgeons, researchers, manufacturers and teachers and is conducted as per the examination schedule and regulations of the NCISM. NCISM has prescribed the minimum standards norms for the infrastructure facilities and the faculties. The College has fulfilled all the required minimum standards for the course.

Our college is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and offers 5 1/2 year BAMS degree and 3 year PG degree in Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma and Dravyaguna vijnana.
